What it really costs
Is there a setup fee or monthly minimum?
No. Start has no monthly fee — you pay only per successful payment. Grow adds a small monthly fee for conversion features like smart retries and hosted pages. There is no setup cost or minimum on any plan.
Does one-tap or saved methods cost extra?
No. One-tap return, saved methods and payment links are included on every plan at the same rate as a card — the thing that converts best does not cost you more.
Do I pay for failed or retried payments?
No. You are charged only when a payment succeeds. If a smart retry rescues a soft decline, you pay the normal rate once it goes through — and nothing for attempts that did not.
Are there extra fees for refunds or chargebacks?
Refunds are free, and when you refund we return the fixed fee too. Chargebacks carry a small network-set fee, which we waive on the Scale plan.
Can I change plans as I grow?
Any time, from the dashboard. Move from Start to Grow when you want retries and hosted pages, and talk to us about Scale rates as your volume climbs.
