2. Using Linkapay
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the checkout, payment links and dashboard to accept payments for your own genuine sales, subject to these terms and applicable law.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your credentials secure. You must tell us promptly of any unauthorised use of your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for unlawful, deceptive or prohibited activities, not to circumvent card-network rules, and not to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend access where these rules are breached.
5. Availability
We work to keep the service available and fast, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance and update features, and we will give reasonable notice of material changes where we can.
6. Liability
